This module includes different functionalities to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (GDPR). Your customers will have to accept the privacy conditions in the different official PrestaShop forms. In addition, you will provide your customers with the possibility to delete their customer accounts as long as there is no invoice issued or order in process. You will have a complete record of all the consents given by your customers and you will be able to make available to them a file with the personal data you have about them for their portability.

With this module you will comply with the technical part of the RGPD in your store, but remember that you will also have to add the legal texts adapted to the new data protection regulations.

Newsletter Subscription

Invite your customers to accept the privacy policy before subscribing to your online store newsletter.

Contact Form

Displays in the contact form a request for acceptance of conditions for customers to accept the privacy conditions before sending personal information such as your email or name.

Registration Form

A notice will be displayed on the registration form for customers to accept the privacy terms before submitting information to register. It works for both 5-step and one-step registration and guest order.

Delete customer account

Requests acceptance of privacy conditions before sending the email in the product file when a product is out of stock (functionality active when using the Mail Alert module)

Mail-Warnung (Módulo de alertas)

Requests the acceptance of privacy conditions before sending the email in the product sheet when a product is out of stock (functionality active when using the Mail Alert module)

Returns Module

Display in the returns form of the Innovadeluxe module to legally comply with returns according to trade regulations, the request for consent conditions for customers to accept the privacy conditions before sending personal information such as their email or name (functionality active when using the deluxererfunds or idxrefunds module).

Registration of consents

A new section is created to keep a record of all the consents granted by customers. With the necessary information required by law, to be able to justify the consent given to the data protection agency.

For previously registered customers who have already accepted the LOPD, now when they enter the store, they will be shown a new window to give their consent to the new privacy policy following the change of GDPR regulations. Once you have given your consent, it will be recorded in the corresponding section so that you can justify it to the data protection agency. If you do not give your consent, you will not be able to continue browsing the store.

Data portability

A new section is created so that customers can request a CSV, PDF or JSON file with the store’s personal data for portability to another provider.

Links to legal texts

A functionality is created to be able to put a different link to the privacy policy for each of the forms indicated above.

Legal text blocks

A functionality is created to be able to put a different text of conditions for each form of the indicated ones, to inform with the second layer informative summary table previous to the consent.
