This form will ask for the minimum data to make the return, not forcing the customer to give any reason for the cause of withdrawal.

What are the consumer protection regulations regarding the sending of invoices?
According to the regulations, the customer must have the possibility to select which type of invoice he wants to receive, whether in printed format and therefore included in the order package or in digital format by email or downloadable.
If the customer does not accept to receive the invoices in digital format, you are obliged to print and send them on paper.
Module for sending invoices in digital format
Module developed for PrestaShop online stores that allows the merchant to send electronic invoices in PDF to their customers as long as they provide prior authorization.
The system displays the request to accept the sending of the invoice when the customer registers and in his customer file so that you can make sure you comply with the law that establishes that the customer has to explicitly request the sending of electronic invoices.
You will not allow in your store the PDF download of the invoice to your customers if they have not requested the digital invoice. Once this condition is accepted, you will be able to send the invoice by e-mail and in PDF.
New functionality for sending invoices by email
You will now have a new button on the order form in the backoffice to send the order to your customers.
For orders from customers who have not requested electronic invoicing, this button will not appear.
Now you will know to which customers you should send the invoice in paper and to which ones in PDF, you will be able to check this information in their customer file.
